Warranty Policy:
1 we offer two years warranty for LED projectors, and 1 year warranty for CRT projector; warranty period is from the date purchasing.
2 warranty covers the components of the projector, no outside shell,lamp and accessories;
3 replaceable parts will be offered in free in warranty period;
4 warranty is applied in the quality of the projector not in the manual operation damage;
5 shipping damage will be in warranty for 7 days from sign for receiving.

 Shipping Policy:
1 all orders will be dispatched out in 2-5 days after payment;
2 tracking number will be offered after dispatching;
3 shipping carrier normally is chosen by CRE,but if customers appoint some carrier, please inform CRE as placing order.
4 shipping time is 4-7 days, but for remote area shipping time may be longer.

 Returning Policy:
1 we offer returning service for the projectors under warranty;
2 please contact to CRE before returning the projector back. Any projector returned without informing to CRE is received. The damage in this condition will be not belong to CRE.
3 returning projectors will be attached with all the accessories as dispatching, the missed or damages accessories will be calculate in cost.
